These terms govern use of the website granbrilan.autos and bookings for classes and workshops offered by Kleiatelier Noord (Noor van Linden), Twijnstraat 27, 3511 ZK Utrecht, Netherlands. Contact: [email protected], +31 30 231 74 58.
We offer pottery classes, weekend workshops, and kids’ sessions on a reservation basis. Descriptions on this website are indicative; exact times, fees, and group sizes are confirmed when you book.
A booking is confirmed when we accept your request and, where applicable, receive payment. Prices include materials for the stated session unless otherwise noted. Firing and collection timelines are communicated per class cycle.
Participants must follow safety guidance for wheels, tools, and kiln areas. Closed-toe shoes are recommended. We may refuse or end a session if behaviour endangers people or equipment. Parents or guardians remain responsible for minors attending kids’ classes.
Clay is unpredictable. We take reasonable care when drying and firing your pieces but cannot guarantee every piece survives the kiln. Uncollected work may be disposed of after 90 days’ notice by email.

To the extent permitted by Dutch law, our liability for studio activities is limited to the fee paid for the relevant session. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury where such limitation is prohibited.

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in the district of Midden-Nederland (Utrecht), without prejudice to mandatory consumer venue rights.
